Mulya Optima Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. This is a full-time position located in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 3.500.000 to Rp 5.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high-quality service and a positive customer experience by training and supervising staff.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and ensure compliance with health regulations.,Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control and revenue generation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Resolve customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and human resources, to ensure smooth operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the restaurant's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or food service operation.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
