📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all operations.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
• Participate in company events and initiatives to promote a strong company culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software, such as BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
