📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to secure and manage high-value B2B interior fit-out projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and development of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of securing high-value projects.
• Strong understanding of the interior fit-out industry, including knowledge of materials, design trends, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.
