📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.,Handle inventory audits and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate records.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing inventory control systems and processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
