📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability.
  • Communicating with candidates in Mandarin to ensure clear and effective communication.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
  • Providing feedback to candidates regarding their performance in the recruitment process.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
