You will work closely with our Head Chef to prepare and cook dishes, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen.,Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper stock control.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong teamwork and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
