📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting product demonstrations and providing detailed information to customers about our products.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.,Assisting in stock management and ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized.,Promoting sales and special offers to customers to drive sales and revenue.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Assisting in store maintenance and ensuring the store is clean and presentable.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail sales is a plus but not mandatory.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
