Easy Net Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our remote store operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
