📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.
