📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring they meet or exceed performance targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor outlet managers and staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Conduct regular site visits to assess outlet performance and address any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the central team to ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.,Analyze sales data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing multiple outlets and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Understanding of market trends and consumer behavior is advantageous.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
