📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and fuel management.,Ensure all drivers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all vehicles are in good working condition.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle performance and service.,Provide training and support to junior drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle activities and incidents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Valid SIM A license.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver in the logistics or transportation industry.,Proven track record of safe driving and accident-free performance.,Strong knowledge of local traffic regulations and road conditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours when necessary.
