As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal and employment information.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide general HR support to the organization, including answering employee queries and addressing HR-related issues.,Assist in the organization of HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
