📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and oversee the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet operations.
Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.
Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.
Train and supervise drivers on safety procedures and best practices for fleet operations.
Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate and secure the best deals on fleet-related services and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
