Bit Fast Mandiri is looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field sales and a customer-centric approach.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of customers and business partners in the Samarinda region.,Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team and individual sales targets.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.,Submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to travel extensively and work in different locations.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
