Cemerlang Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Deputy Line Cook to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Line Cook in preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Line Cook in preparing and cooking food items according to the restaurant's standards and customer requirements.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen safety inspections and audits.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
