As a key member of our sales team in Badung, you will be the face of our dealership, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. Utilizing your extensive knowledge of the automotive industry, you will provide expert advice on new and used cars, leveraging tools like our comprehensive inventory management system and customer relationship management software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase vehicle features
• Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage the inventory of new and used vehicles, coordinating with the service department for maintenance and repairs
• Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and complaints professionally
• Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and market developments
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events
• Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to continuously improve skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a dealership setting
• Strong knowledge of new and used vehicle models, including their features, specifications, and market trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Proficiency in using sales tools and software such as CRM systems and inventory management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English
