📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create user guides, tutorials, and other materials that support our clients,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our documentation style guide and other resources,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
