📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 employees to achieve departmental goals.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Manage schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
