📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of employees to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain optimal levels.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.,Promote the restaurant's brand and ensure a positive dining experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with inventory management and cost control.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
