📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote the company's products or services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
