In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support our company's growth and development. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our organization's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials that align with company goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Measure and report on the success of training initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Understanding of e-learning technologies and multimedia development.,Familiarity with performance management and talent development strategies.
