Glow Bit Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Pastry Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and innovative desserts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry department, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep up with customer preferences and industry trends.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.,Collaborate with the kitchen manager and other department heads to ensure seamless food production and service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources.,Ensure that all pastry products meet quality and safety standards before they are served to customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in pastry arts, with a strong portfolio of work.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Ability to create and innovate new pastry recipes and menu items.
