📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Create user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical documents for accuracy and readability,Stay updated with the latest software development trends and tools,Work closely with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials,Provide technical support to customers through documentation and FAQs,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style,Familiarity with software development tools and processes,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
