📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage employee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits and compensation,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card)
