Tech Place Lestari is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and managing driver schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and available when needed.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, including regular servicing and repairs.,Track and manage fuel consumption, ensuring the company is getting the best value for money.,Manage and coordinate driver schedules, ensuring drivers are available when needed and that they are following company policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.,Work closely with the company's logistics team to ensure that vehicles are being used efficiently and effectively.,Provide support and guidance to drivers, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in a relevant field, such as transportation management, logistics, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in fleet management.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
