📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical specifications and project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to project team members.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including clients and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project supervision, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Batam.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
