As an Assistant HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various HR activities and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, contracts, and benefits.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR-related documents and reports.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR team in managing the company's leave and attendance system.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits information for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
