Oversee the development and delivery of AI products, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to clients,Lead and manage a team of AI developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery,Define and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for AI product development and innovation,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI products are integrated into existing systems and processes,Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI, and drive innovation within the organization

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,5+ years of experience in AI product development and program management,Proven track record of successfully delivering AI projects on time and within budget,Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision,Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders,Strong project management skills, with the ability to define and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources,Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for AI product development and innovation
